I was so honored to have photographed this event. It was a hip hop show to raise money for the Stollery Children's Foundation. The effort that people put out during this event is unreal!!!
This year's theme was Circus Tributes, and on a special note, they had a tribute to Michael Jackson, who recently passed away... A lot of people were saddened by the news but were reminded how much impact MJ had on us by the Michael Jackson Tribute choreographed/performed by Harman Baweja... This tribute was so awesome that it brought tears to peoples eyes... ); but nonetheless it was spectacular to see how MJ was brought to life by Harmen :D This image is during the end of the number where Harmen says "We miss you Michael, Good-Bye"
We do miss you very much Michael, and thank you 3rd Street Beat for organizing such a meaningful, touching, and amazing event... can't wait for the 7th one!!!

This was one of the most loving sessions I've ever had the honor to photograph!!! The couple are so cute and was willing to spend the whole day with us just shooting and trying to get great imagery... Everyone there, including Sonia (the makeup artist), Brenden (the photographer assistant), Me (Romy), and the couple (Lu Lu and Kevin) Jived so well together... We all had so much fun and we got awesome shots!!!

Lana and Karim's Wedding was so filled with love. I've witnessed one of the most supportive, loving, and down-to-earth family at this wedding. The ceremony and reception were both held at Lana's parents home, which had a lovely garden, an airplane hanger, a beautiful lake in the background, and many other earthly treasures... thank you Lana and Karim for allowing me to photograph this wedding... feeling the great energy at this place really made me feel so loved... wow... I think I was a bit mushy... hehehe. Anyways, here's a sneak sneak preview of the beautiful Lana + Karim (from the right.. :D). ENJOY!!!
