I was so thrilled to find out that one of my high school classmates has released his own book. Sam Hachem was a great Basketball player back in the day, and now a great real estate agent!!! Apparently there has not been a book like this in Edmonton for 82 years and Sam's tackling this challenge to help people understand real estate without all the technical jargon... :D Do contact him if you are interested in getting the book, for yourself, or your friend...
